The test evaluates an applicant’s personality in ten areas:
- Energy: levels of tension, stress, and drive
- Character Strength: work ethic, dependability, and integrity
- Work Habits: time-management and personal efficiency
- Communication: natural ability to meet and interact with people
- Emotional Maturity: self-esteem, self-confidence, and pressure tolerance
- Dominance: power and determination to reach goals
- Competitiveness: individualism vs. team-orientation
- Mental Toughness: psychological strength to handle life and job issues
- Optimism: innate questioning and investigative skills
- Work Motivation: incentive, commission, and recognition motivated vs. security motivated
The test also contains two validity scales that assess it’s the accuracy of a candidate’s answers in the Personality Dimensions:
- Distortion: measures the honesty of the applicant’s responses
- Equivocation: measures the consistency of the applicant’s decision-making
